While we were vacationing on the coast of Maine, we enjoyed a visit to the Transportation Museum at Owl’s Head. Fortunately for us, there was an antique foreign car rally going on. I love the faces in these cars—such character!

Thanks Renard! Yes, there lots of classics there–some as part of the Museum’s permanent collection, but most from folks who had driven in for the event. There were several antique aircraft as well including a few bi- and tri-planes that actually flew for the crowd. It helped that the Museum shares its grounds with Knox County Airport!

I’ve always been drawn to old cars, they had style and character back then.
