Timothy grass is an abundant perennial grass in our region (and many others!) It’s pipe cleaner-like heads burst with tiny flowers as it blooms.

The frequent rains have provided ample opportunity to study raindrops. The line up of droplets on the stem of this red maple leaf caught my eye from a distance and drew me right in.
